Bonsoir Cardi is a classic and feminine cardigan with a delicate lace pattern and a v-neck.

Bonsoir Cardi is knitted from the top down. Stitches are cast on using a provisional cast-on. First, the upper part of the back piece is knitted, then the shoulders of the front pieces are knitted - one shoulder at a time. Below the armhole, the front and back pieces are joined, and knitting continues back and forth over all stitches until bind off. The stitches for the sleeves are picked up directly on the body. Finally, stitches are picked up along the front edges, and button bands are knitted.
