Hannah Sweater is a classic sweater with Breton stripes and sections of reverse stockinette stitch, adding a lovely texture to the classic look.

The Hannah Sweater is knitted top-down in a stripe pattern with sections of knit and purl stitches, creating horizontal stripes of stockinette and reverse stockinette stitch. The sweater begins with a provisional cast-on. First, the upper part of the back piece is worked, followed by the shoulders of the front piece – one shoulder at a time. The neckline is then shaped, and the two front shoulders are joined to form the front piece. At the underarm, the front and back pieces are joined, and the body is worked in the round until bind-off. Sleeve stitches are picked up directly from the body.
